These are one of a kind pieces of ORIGINAL ART, and cels are no longer used in animation production. It is a dying art (if not dead already). Many of you know it is difficult to get these now-vintage pieces, and especially difficult to get them SIGNED by voice talent or producers of the show!
Tom Ruegger is an acclaimed American animator, writer, and producer known for his significant contributions to animated television. He is best known for his work with Warner Bros. Animation, where he created and produced iconic shows like Animaniacs, Tiny Toon Adventures, and Pinky and the Brain. Tom has an extensive list of legendary creations and projects such as Batman: The Animated Series, Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, Batman Beyond, Freakazoid!, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe & Super Friends!
