The ORIGINAL PAINTED BACKGROUND is gorgeous. It has the gold WB seal and certificate of authenticity.
These are one of a kind pieces of ORIGINAL ART, and cels are no longer used in animation production. It is a dying art (if not dead already). Many of you know it is difficult to get these now-vintage pieces, and especially difficult to get them with their original hand-painted background.
