This is an ORIGINAL ANIMATION CEL from the now classic BLACK OUT animated episode of BATMAN BEYOND. This is a gorgeous shot of INQUE. She has infiltrated the BATCAVE and is holding on to Harley Quinn's HAT that was on display there!!. This piece comes with its gold embossed WB logo and certificate of authenticity. It also comes with its official scene-matching print background provided by Clampett Studio Collections (the home of the WB Art program).
These are one of a kind pieces of ORIGINAL ART, and cels are no longer used in animation production. It is a dying art (if not dead already). Many of you know it is difficult to get these now-vintage pieces and especially difficult to get them SIGNED by voice talent or producers of the show (like Bruce Timm).
