We are confident that you will love the artwork and framing that you purchase from us. Despite this, we are happy to offer the following policy:
14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Clients must contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Clients are responsible for any and all return shipment costs.
Artwork and frame must be in original condition for a full refund.
A store credit can be issued for any returns requested after the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee period, at our SOLE DISCRETION.
Following the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee period, all sales are final.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
If there is ANY damage or suspected damage to the box, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. This will help us expedite any repair or replacement procedures.
We commit to work closely with the client and the shipping provider (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) in initiating insurance claims to cover damaged, lost, or stolen items. If the full shipping/insurance price has not been paid by the client, we reserve to right to limit our financial liability/replacement costs (but not our efforts to help reach an amicable end to the transaction).
