X-MEN Rare Iris Print by Adam Hughes (Signed + Jim Lee Signed COA)
This is an officially licensed X-MEN Iris Print on fine art paper by ADAM HUGHES. This piece was published in the late 1990s and is OVER 20 years old now. It's hard to believe it has already been over 20 years since this beautiful piece was released! Back in 2004 we were fortunate enough to purchase an incredible collection of IRIS PRINTS published by Wildstorm Productions (when they had the Marvel license in the late 1990s). We worked directly with Jim Lee, and acquired the remains of all the print runs listed in the Certificate of Authenticity pictured above. Jim was generous enough to HAND SIGN each and every Certificate of Authenticity. This was an incredible collection, and it was an honor to be able to do this deal 16 years ago and bring these back into the public eye. This piece by ADAM HUGHES is HAND SIGNED by the artist, and numbered in an edition of 300. This is #20/300. This large IRIS PRINT measures a huge 15 3/4 x 21 1/2. Again, the Certificate of Authenticity is HAND SIGNED by Jim Lee. The Iris Print is printed on amazing high quality textured watercolor paper, and matches or exceeds the standards of the giclee printing process that is most often used today.
